Diet is a vital part of culture, and Song Dynasty cuisine reached new heights in Chinese history. This project aims to revive Song-era dishes so audiences can experience history through taste.
Research Methods
Systematically review dietary records from historical texts such as "Dongjing Menghua Lu" and "Mengliang Lu." Integrate research on Song dynasty tableware with modern food science to develop historically accurate yet refined culinary adaptations.
